Jess teaches yoga in a way that makes sense – she is down to earth and real, yet deeply intuitive and provides thorough instruction and personal attention throughout the class. Classes are always fun as Jess has a light-hearted approach, but there’s always space for deeper reflection and further challenge of self. Somehow Jess finds the balance between creating a class for everyone and making you feel like you’re being individually looked after. I’ve really enjoyed progressing my practice with Jess, she’s supported me with the postures I’ve been working on and it’s been satisfying to observe the increase in my physical stamina, as well as enjoying a calmer mind. I would recommend Jess’ classes to anyone and everyone.
